You wake to the soft chill of a spring morning, a warm mug cupped between your hands as steam rises like a quiet prayer into the mist. Golden light filters through the towering redwoods as the forest greets you in its sacred stillness. With the inner noise finally gone, your sensitivity sharpens — every birdsong, every breath of wind, every shift in the earth beneath your feet feels alive, pulsing through your body like truth returning.

Midday

Later, wrapped in a soft blanket inside a warm sunlit room, you move gently through restorative yoga and deep breathwork. A nourishing, chef-prepared meal grounds you back into your body. The retreat begins on Tuesday, March 17th, 2026 with check-in from 2–4pm PT.

Regular Admittance: March 17th–21st, departing Saturday, March 21st by 10am PT.
VIP Admittance: March 17th–22nd, with an additional Equinox Integration Day beginning at noon on March 21st. Departure is Sunday, March 22nd by 11am PT.

Charles M. Schulz–Sonoma County Airport (STS) in Santa Rosa — about a 2-hour drive to Spirit Camp. This is the closest commercial airport, with direct flights from several major hubs.

San Francisco International Airport (SFO) — about a 3.5–4 hour drive to Spirit Camp. SFO offers many more flight options but requires a longer drive.

Travel is not included. A courtesy shuttle will run from STS to Spirit Camp on Tuesday, March 17th (arrival day) and return on departure days. Times will be provided so you can coordinate your flights.

The retreat begins with check-in on Tuesday, March 17th from 2–4pm PT. We open with a welcome dinner and evening ceremony.

For standard guests, the retreat concludes on Saturday, March 21st by 10am PT. VIP guests stay for an extra integration day and depart on Sunday, March 22nd by 11am PT.

Payment in full is required to reserve your spot.

$1,997 of your full payment is considered a non-refundable deposit.

Refunds on the remaining balance are available until December 18, 2025 (90 days prior to the retreat). After that date, all payments are non-refundable. Spots are non-transferable unless approved by the retreat host.

Each day flows from sunrise to evening with guided practices, rituals, and embodied experiences. Between sessions, you'll have time to rest, reflect, and connect with the redwoods.

Your retreat includes all meals, snacks, desserts, teas, and beverages, prepared by world-class chefs. Meals are clean, high-quality vegetarian cuisine.

Yes. To preserve the sacred container:

No alcohol, cannabis, narcotics, or smoking.
Kitchen is vegetarian-friendly; dairy and eggs are welcome. Meat only with licensed caterer + separate cookware.
Please avoid strong perfumes/colognes; fire safety must be observed.

Yes. This is a sacred container reserved exclusively for women.
